Source: The obituary is from a collection by Fauniel Hershberger, saved the 1950's, 60's and 70's. She was a life long resident of Fountain County Indiana.  The collection is now housed at Crawfordsville District Public Library.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Barrick and Sons Funeral Home for Mrs. Edna W. Hinton, 69, of Covington Route 2, who died Friday night at St. Elizabeth Hospital. The Rev. Herbert Walther will officiate and burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. today at the funeral home. She was born April 26, 1904, in Danville the daughter of Henry and Emma Weber Bahls. She was preceded in death by her husband, E. H. "Al" Hinton in April 1967. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Robert (Betty) Howell and Mrs. Sandra Nosler, both of Danville, and Mrs. Jeanette Andrews of Covington; one son, Jack Juvinall of Bloomington; three brothers, Walter and Henry of Danville and Julius in France; 12 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.  --typed by Walt W

Covington—Mrs. Edna W. Hinton, 69, of Covington Route 2, died at 7:50 p.m. Friday, Jan. 25, 1974, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Danville, Ill., where she had been a patient for seven weeks.

  Services were at 1 p.m. Monday at Barrick & Son Funeral Home in Danville. The Rev. Herbert Walther officiated and burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery in Danville. – thanks to S
